How are items shipped?

Large items (aka prints) will be shipped in a mailing tube of appropriate size, while small items such as charms will be shipped in padded evolopes. 

How long will shipping take?

For items currently in stock, expect 2 weeks of shipping time anywhere within the US. International shipments will vary depending on the country location. Pre-order items will take longer depending on the pre-order ending date and production time. 

What carrier is used?

USPS (both domestic and international)

What is your refund/return policy?

Customers will receive full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours after placement. 

Items that are severely damaged or lost due to shipping process cannot be refunded. Customers may ask for a replacement order instead. 

No item returns are accepted.
